$150 per person, 4-hour minimum, additional hours added will be $150 extra per hour, minimum of 8 people, maximum 18.

Since I was a kid I loved entertaining people. I never met a stranger. Even at that early age it was important to me that everyone had a great time! I was 16 when I had my first DJ gig. After graduating from Angelo State University, I tried out other careers but always found myself coming back to entertainment and music. In 2017 I embraced these passions and officially started DJ Wood Entertainment in Central Texas. Curating a great experience is my favorite way to bring people together! While building DJ Wood Entertainment, I saw a need for clients to get to and from their events and wine tours comfortably, safely, and in style. Fast forward to 2022, and DJ Wood Entertainment and Luxury Tours was born.

DJ Wood Entertainment Luxury Tours wants you to have an amazing experience on your Hill Country Wine Tour. Below is some information you need to consider before you book.
 
 
 
All tours with DJ Wood Entertainment Luxury Tours must be reserved with a credit card online or contact at (830) 953-0630 . At the time of booking, you may pay the full package amount (plus tax and gratuity) or a deposit of half of the package’s full date.
 
*If you book 6 days or less of your tour date, a NONREFUNDABLE FULL payment is required for your package.
 
 
 
We have a strict 7-day cancellation policy that is NONREFUNDABLE, please contact DJ Wood Entertainment Luxury Tours at (830) 953-0630 . Depending on special circumstances, we will review and possibly allow you to use your credit toward a future date. Cancelling a tour will result in ½ of the amount of the package’s full price and charged to the credit card on file for the reservation. Failure to show up will result in the full price being charged to the credit card on file.
  • TASTING FEES are not included you will be responsible for each tasting.
  • Minors under the age of 18 must be booked by an adult.
  • All packages require a minimum of 18% gratuity.
  • Any tour which has the bill split six ways or more will be charged a 20% gratuity fee.
  • Our Luxury Bus will pick-up anywhere in the city limits of Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Kingsland, (Johnson City only applies to the Platinum Package). If you are staying out of town, then there may be a small trip fee to pick you up, or you can drive to one of our set locations where we will pick you up.
  • Children are not allowed on tours where alcohol is served. Children over 12 may be allowed on some specialty tours provided. Children must pay full adult price.
  • Please bring your ID as some wineries and establishments may ask for proof of age.
  • On ALL TOURS people are expected to drink responsibly and always maintain self-control about them. We reserve the right to end the tour at any point . These tours are designed for creating fun and memorable experiences!
  • No food on bus
  • NO LIQUER, BEER, OR SMOKING INSIDE THE TOUR BUS
  • Feel free to bring a bottle of champagne to enjoy during your tour. Amount of champagne allowed depends on your group size. 1 bottle per 4 people. We will provide ice, cooler and glasses to use.
  • NO Pets allowed in bus.
  • Gift certificates are available. Please call to order one. They make great gifts.
  • DJ Wood Luxury Tours is available for weddings, proms, Galas, and local events. Call to discuss event details and price.
 
 
 
A clean-up/sanitize fee of $300 may be charged to the credit card on file if extensive clean-up is needed such as vomit, accidents. Any extensive damages to the limo bus will be charged accordingly.
 
Special note: We reserve the right, in rare circumstances, to re-book your tour.  This could be due to a variety of reasons like a vehicle safety issue, unplanned vehicle maintenance, or unavailable driver.
